cookies - disclaimer - privacy

We believe it is important that the privacy of our guests is properly protected. That is why we handle the personal data we receive from you with care. We follow the rules of the European privacy law (AVG/GDPR). Below you will find a short summary of our privacy regulations. In the link below (cookie statement) and in the drop down menu (privacy regulations, disclaimer) you will find the full (legal) document.

service
On our website you can buy tickets with only your name and email address. We use these to inform you about the performance and your visit to the theatre. Your email address will also be used for marketing purposes and to improve our service. You may receive some questions afterwards about how you have experienced your visit to our theatre.

marketing
Occasionally you may receive emails about other performances or special projects you may find interesting. If you don't wish to receive these emails, you can easily indicate this (opt-out). In order to better customize our messages to your interests, we sometimes ask for more (personal) data. Such as your genre preferences and whether you wish to receive our online magazine and/or monthly newsletter. In your online account, you decide which personal data you fill in and what messages you wish or don't wish to receive.

We do not share your data unless it is necessary for our service. For example, the supplier of our ticket sales system needs your email address in order to send you your e-tickets and you cannot log in to our website without entering some data. That information is not shared with or sold to third parties for advertising purposes. We make an exception for sharing data for our main partners: SPRING Perfoming Arts Festival, Theater Utrecht, Het Filiaal theatermakers, Nieuw Utrechts Toneel and the Nederlands Dans Theater.
